Rude neighbors or what?

I wake up... Take my garbage out only to find cans fill of illegal garbage? Not my garbage but my can! What in the world!

Maybe I didn't get to carry my cans IN but trust me I'm NOT the only one however I do NOT read newspapers I read them on my iPhone iPad and tablets!

I'm not happy. Someone is trying to defame us or what? Get us thrown out! Granted we have to catch up on mortgage so yes let's frame their garbage so they move!

These same people are the ones

 who probably called DCF 2xs only for them to see nothing in the stories! I did everything.. Drug test you name it.

I want to leave.

I really think this is sad just rude and not fair!

I pay my taxes to live here and have not broken any laws or rules!
